HELP!

It works fine. But sometimes there are two options that are the same and you have to choose which of the two it wants you to pick. I picked the right answer but the other matching one was the one I was supposed to choose. And also I answered one of the questions right and when I got the SAME QUESTION AGAIN and answered THE SAME ANSWER it was I was wrong. Also, some of them and just completely wrong...
